I hope you are all ready for the Christmas holdiays and looking forward to spending time with family and friends!
Although Christmas is a great time of festivities with plenty of food and drink, just remember to keep exercising through out to ensure you don’t have too much work to do in the new year!
Ideally 30 minutes a day is the minimum amount of exercise required to stay healthy, so if you can’t get to the gym you can still go for a walk, take the kids to the park, drink plenty
of water and don’t eat too much salt.
If all else fails - don’t forget a burpee a day keeps the doctor away!!
